      Great off-site fun if the department performs

      Tough as if you resign by yourself say goodbye to FNF and reliving letter that's why a lot of current employees are scared to quit and are working at lower salaries for years

      Zero job security: Around 20 employees were terminated without notice in just one week, despite the company receiving major funding. Toxic work culture: Employees are treated like machines with no respect or consideration. Harassment during notice period: Management creates unnecessary pressure and makes the exit process extremely difficult. Worst management: Managers lack professionalism and empathy. Feedback is ignored, and favoritism is rampant. No proper hierarchy: Roles and responsibilities are not clearly defined, causing confusion and conflicts among team members.
