If you like working for an uninspiring and incompetent toxic management who surrounds themselves with yes men, only cares about belittling and demeaning others but still wants to appear to be in control to those in the US then this is the place for you. I never thought when I joined this company that it could be as bad as this. - There is a horrible blame culture. - Useless tech. The previous good review on here is an example of what happens when the truth comes out about the UK. Expect another one after this one. It is far from OK but HR, the CEO or anyone else with any influence simply do not care. Senior mgt have been covering up the persons faults for so long now they don’t want to admit they made a mistake. Personal insults, sexist comments and gender jokes are considered banter. The amount of times this person has been with HR due to complaints is unbelievable and still they keep him in this job. The staff knows this, the industry knows this but now that the company has failed zerofox management will leave the culling to the incoming acquirers.

- The general approach from management to "motivate" staff is to berate and belittle them. - Management are patronizing and very (VERY) unprofessional. - Blame culture makes for a toxic environment. - Childish insults are classed as 'banter'!! - Please read all the negative reviews as they all carry the same message!!!
