      Pros

      Flexible scheduling and very much in favor of remote and work-life balance. Truly a collection of some of the smartest people I have ever worked with. Multiple opportunities to stay current and learn latest technical trends.

      Fast growing, Good people, Good culture, decent pay and benefits. Good place for self starters. Really sound and technical team members.

      needs clarity on some job responsibilities, fast growth has created some challenges but also opportunities
