Cons

Company head knows nothing. This company is being run by very inexperienced people. At the time of joining they will make all kinds of fake promises. Once you will leave the previous job and join this company, they will start showinv thwir true colors. There is absolutely no respect for employees They will promise an yearly bonus at the time of joining but will chuck you out before 1 year to save their money No cabs . Most frustrating part is there is absolutely no coordination between their head office in singapoere and india office. They make all kind of fake promises to customers also which I feel is absolutely wrong . I am writing thia review to save everyone who is thinking of joining this baseless and shameful owners company. Help me help you!

You get free chapati from a machine that taste like a pita bread & a jam. Joining is given after thorough back ground check

No transport Poor management No Bonus No night allowance Very unstable company Office in small corner of a complex. Not easily accessible Disrespectful HR team

Poor leadership Poor Human Resource team. Smallest office without even washrooms (you need to go out of the office for use a washroom which is more like public washrooms in India) No Air conditioning on Sundays , but Sundays are not offs for customer service team. Customer service team is 24*7 , but no arrangements for food by management. Seats are not enough for 24*7 process. Poor cordination between different departments.
