Pros

Started out as a growing and exciting company.

Cons

Management and strategies change frequently and don't listen or take into account employee view points. "Management is always right" attitude. Doesn't take into account other peoples view point and not always clear on direction. so much duplication of work btwn departments. 90% of each day filled with meetings. Only time to get work done is at night and weekends. Afraid to even leave your desk due to last minute meetings, even during lunch time, and if you aren't on those meetings, you are scolded for it. Or last minute slack calls. Tends to have favorite employees that get all the glory from the work that others have done and aren't pushed to the same level of work / expectations that other "non" favorite employees are. Will get rid of employees as the "scape goat", even though senior management was aligned with all the key decisions the "scape goat" implemented.

Toxic Marketing Directors

Pros

- Decent work/life balance - Fun brand

Cons

- EXTREMELY confusing creative direction. It's almost impossible to make good work here when you're given an initial direction only to have it change once, twice, or many more times with each review. The directors don't know how to articulate what they want so they try to figure it out as they go...(which reflects on their creative inexperience). This ends up muddling the creative and you end up with work that's very confused...and honestly, very bad. This is not how the process should work. One bad apple is all it takes to derail the entire creative process and it starts at the top.
