      Great team, open culture, flexible and treat people the right way. Management are fair. Good pay, overtime available if you want it.

      Base level team and structure are well developed and experienced. All very friendly and professional.

      Poor direction from management located in the US, failing to recognise new challenges in their global market. No decentralisation or encouragement to develop localised expertise or entrepreneurial culture.
