      Pros

      The workplace is great! No one is hounding you or looking over your shoulder. Very professional and high tech. It's a great product that is first in it's class. When I'm talking to prospects, it gives me a great feeling to know I am helping give back to our society by helping companies improve their products by reducing scrap and eliminating waste. They have a great benefit package and my commission checks are excellent.

      Cons

      They only allow 45 minutes for lunch. Sometimes this is difficult when you go out to enjoy your lunch due to traffic and how fast you get waited on.

      It takes a long time to learn and get commission but once you got the flow good money.

      Pros

      If you like having to stay at your desk all day, negative reactions from manager if you dare speak to another person in the building.....you might like this place. Don't have a thought of your own however. Very frowned upon.

      Cons

      Terrible leadership, terrible business acumen and vision. Run. They treat people terribly. Not safe to ask questions or disagree with anything. Clueless about running a business, about treating others with respect.
