Zoomforth is good!

Pros

Zoomforth offers a positive work environment with great opportunities for career growth and competitive benefits, making it an attractive place to work. Employees appreciate the work-life balance, flexible hours, and the supportive leadership that fosters innovation and creativity. However, some may find the workload overwhelming at times, with occasional gaps in communication across departments. Decision-making processes can be slow, and while growth opportunities are available, they may be limited in certain roles. Additionally, while the benefits are competitive, some employees feel that compensation could be improved, and high turnover in certain areas can disrupt team dynamics.

Cons

While Zoomforth has potential, some employees struggle with workloads which can lead to burnout. Communication between the manager often lacking, causing confusion and inefficiency.

Pros

Fully remote - work anywhere Supportive, expert and friendly team Flexible hours Equity options Unlimited paid time off Wellbeing allowance Book allowance Mental health days Protected learning time Twice yearly retreats Holiday and birthday gifts

Cons

Over the last year, the only downside has been that we've been unable to bring the team together for retreats. Usually, we take everyone somewhere beautiful, twice a year, so they can get to know each other better, collaborate in person on important strategic objectives and also relax & unwind.

Pros

Super supportive team - there are some seriously talented people in this company and it's a real pleasure to work alongside them. Great product - This is a SaaS firm and the product is really strong - clients are mainly large enterprises / Fortune 500 companies. Remote working - no commute, no dress code and no worries about who will look after my dogs while I'm at work! Team retreats - The team comes together a couple of times a year to work on its strategic direction. Everyone's opinion is valued. Diverse workload - being a relatively young company the team is small and the pace is fast. I have learned so much in my first 3 months and there is so much more to know! Fun environment - nobody takes themselves too seriously. Unlimited paid holiday. Yep, really.

Cons

Remote working does take discipline and isn't for everyone but the team are surprisingly close, considering how far away from each other we are!
