Pros

You learn to work under pressure because leave approvals are extremely difficult. Retention bonuses may be discussed more easily than they are honored. Constant policy/rule changes keep employees “adaptive.” Strong exposure to uncertainty and restructuring culture. Helps build patience while dealing with HR processes and management escalations. Good place to understand why work-life balance matters.

Cons

This company doesn't deserves a 3 star yet adding so that it gets highlighted whoever is considering joining. My experience at zopper was disappointing, particularly around retention and employee trust. Despite commitments made regarding my retention bonus, it was not honored, which significantly affected my confidence in the organization. Employee reviews across platforms also mention concerns around job stability, management practices, changing policies, and work culture. Some reviews specifically cite layoffs, poor job security, pressure-driven culture, and inconsistent management expectations.

They provide meal at office and 5 days working

Cons

There have been multiple rounds of layoffs at Zopper over time. Most of them happened during restructuring phases, which created some uncertainty around long-term job stability.
