As a very very highly paid employee, we expected your work quality will meet the same level. However, unfortunately your work quality was so disappointing, as the client itself escalated the same two times.
Even after that we gave you another project in which the same situation came and you were not able to deliver the quality. Hence it was appropriate for us to stretch your work hours to meet the deadlines. Considering it a Work Life Balance is not appropriate as majority in the company have a very different view on the work environment. We can produce the client escalations on the poor quality of work for any new employee who like to see the reality within the same.
Wishing you best
When I joined as a junior engineer, it was a limited to just laravel. The technical exposure let me learn Vue is, Nuxt Js, AWS experience and also Postgres. The opportunity to learn new tech is major pros here. Apart from that the people are more genuine. No Egos and Office politics . The CEO is so super friendly he is approachable every time. Overall a good place to work with and recommend the same.
Cons
No cons as such. Hope the culture is maintained as company grows
