Pros
Very dynamic and fast-paced. I feel valued and listened to. Great team spirit. No blame culture. Everyone pulls in the same direction. Really supportive coworkers and environment. Best manager I ever had (and I have been working 30+years in different countries and across different industries). Amazingly productive meetings, no time wasted. They invest in and care for their employees
Cons
Takes a bit of time to learn the product. Can't think of any others

Pros
accessplanit is a superb place to work with a super friendly, supportive team. Everyone is really passionate about making the business great. There's no micro-managing, there's a level of trust which allows everyone to make their own decisions and be self-sufficient, while also having access to guidance and support whenever required. The company is big on learning and development initiatives from lunch and learn sessions to dedicated learning hours per month, there's also a training sessions delivered by our very own Talent Manager. Management are also brilliant at supporting employee wellbeing through an EAP scheme, company sick pay, wellbeing sessions and having approachable HR & managers. The annual profit share scheme is also fantastic, often leads to a nice bonus come December!
Cons
In my 3 and a half years at accessplanit, I'm still yet to find a 'con' of working here.

Pros
A really strong level of trust to do your job from Senior Management. Happy to give you the autonomy to try new things and not afraid to rewrite processes if they no longer work. A lot of emphasis on culture and making sure the right people are in the right seats.
Cons
Nothing I can think of.

Pros
Working at accessplanit is full of opportunity in every sense of the word. Each and every person at accessplanit is empowered to develop and progress. This includes choosing the areas where we want to develop rather than having a stiff career progression plan imposed by management, the opportunity to attend lunch and learn sessions to explore skills outside of our roles such as coding and self-defence, and the chance to widen our skill sets by getting involved with other areas of the business such as auditing and event management for our annual customer event. No two days are the same which makes working here exciting and a rewarding place to be. The Hub (informal working space) gives us the opportunity to unwind by playing pool or darts, have a quiet place to think creatively and to have social events. Management are transparent with company results and a clear vision is set which forms everything that we do. This really makes a difference as you know exactly what is expected of you and how you can contribute towards business success. Management also share this success with a profit-sharing scheme, regular social events and recognition of outstanding performers. There are no office politics, and everyone is supportive of one another!
Cons

Pros
Over the last few years accessplanit has gone from being a good company to work for, to an amazing company to work for. Management has introduced lots of initiatives to make working at ap fun, educational and social. This includes games nights, Lunch and Learn sessions, 'Be Brilliant' 30-minute hangouts with a TED Talk every Tuesday. This year we have started making the most of our new office space 'The Hub' which features a pool table, darts board and beanbags aplenty, and quite a few of us meet after work on a Friday in The Hub to wind down with a couple of beers. The best thing about working at accessplanit though is the same thing is has always been, the people, accessplanit have a habit of hiring great individuals who are a pleasure to be around. No one is out for themselves and this means that there is such a great atmosphere and culture. I'm lucky to work here :)
Cons
The only thing I can think of is that the toaster is a bit weak?

Pros
I've not been working for accessplanit very long, but I can safely say that I am very fortunate to be a part of this company. Everyone who works here is very dedicated not only to their work, but also to making the office space a friendly and supportive working environment. It is apparent that the senior managers and CEO really care about their teams, and greatly encourage personal and professional development. I feel that I am genuinely valued as an employee and as a person here. A few of the main positives: - Lovely and supportive people - Time each week to spend reading self-help and professional development books, and motivational talks every are screened once a week too - Meetings are well-run, and the company is incredibly organised - Progress is well monitored, and you always have a sense of direction - The pool table (!)
Cons
Nothing that I can think of!
