      - teams are self-organised - flat hierarchy, teams are self-organised - strong collaboration across teams - great remote work possibilities and flexible management and HR

      Cons

      - flat hierarchy, hence little opportunity if you want to climb the ladder - benefits are not competitive

      Pros

      Really smart people. Good team. Just started. Good product to work and latest technologies. HR people are awesome, also recruiting was quite straight forward. I think the company will have great future.
