Ignore their marketing

Pros

Go for it if you can't find anything else

Cons

Ignore their marketing, you are just cheap labour for them, they don't really care about you. They'll do their best to make you think you couldn't survive anywhere else, but that's just their way of manipulating people to stay. Many others would treat you much better.

Pros

auticon helps autistic persons achieve their potential and excel in the field of IT consultancy. auticon provides great support and benefits to their employees.

Cons

While no company is perfect, the pros of working for auticon outweighs the cons by a large margin. Salary might not be market rate and career prospects are limited, but I feel these are compensated for by the great benefits and support provided by the company.

Pros

Great to be surrounded by neurodivergent people. People are kind and welcoming. I think everyone is trying their best to make things successful.

Cons

Projects are poorly thought out and executed. Communication and technical knowledge is non-existent with the back office. A very disorganised company with no proper HR or onboarding systems. Low pay for highly skilled work, and very little room to grow or advance. Employee turnover is extremely high and despite advertising, there is little they will do to push for your accommodations with clients. Would not recommend unless you have no other options. It's pretty much the opposite of what a stable and supportive environment for an autistic person should be - constantly changing expectations, projects and no clear communication. I consider having worked here to be a big mistake in my career and got out as soon as I could.
