      - Career progression: I went from freelancer, to copywriter, to Head of Marketing - Remote working: might not be for everyone, but remote working means our teams can live almost anywhere - Startup: everybody here has a real and active role in shaping the company and can adjust their job description over time

      - Remote working: it's a double-edged sword, and it would be great to meet the team more often

      - a lot of room for personal and professional development - home office first policy which enables work-life balance - great colleagues and overall team - respectful interaction, good communication, low hierarchies (the biggest pro for me) - I was able to learn a lot and acquire new skills
