      Great Company, Great Products and Growth Potential

      Pros

      Established company with established customers, yet still much growth potential. Not another company selling stale commodity products; rather you act as a consultant to the retail sector, selling products with a purpose and proven sales processes to grow the business. Challenging, fast-paced environment and great benefits package. The company is in growth mode, time to hop on board the train!

      Cons

      Finding work / personal life balance can be difficult at times. If you don't care for or can't travel, with nights away from home, this position isn't for you. Will require some nights, weekends & holidays; no comp time off provided. Great marketing assets to support sales; could use more internal people to support field sales & retailers in marketing efforts.

      Friendly co workers, day goes by quickly, friendly co workers that are supportive of each other

      Cons

      Your schedule is supposed to be 9-5:30, you work long hours and don’t get appreciated for anything you do. The CEO sleeps with his employees creating a hostile work environment. The CEO needs to be educated on effective communication and team building skills. If your looking for a company to grow and advance your career this isn’t it. Find somewhere else. The supervisors don’t advocate for their employees nor are they supportive of staff. The staff turnaround is rapid. My suggestion- run as fast as you can...
