Pros

An exciting market opportunity and a platform with lots of potential. Like any business with minimal structure and process lots of opportunity to shape the role and the experience.

Cons

Unpredictable management culture prone to shouting and temper tantrums. Erratic decision making and frequent significant changes of direction. Increasing isolation of senior leadership from daily reality.

Thank you for the advice and we understand that making our employees happy is the first step to making our customers happy. Having the right employees is important to us and is reflected in our 10% turnover rate which is significantly lower than the market average of 17%. As mentioned in many of the Glassdoor reviews, beqom is a rewarding but challenging workplace that sets high demands and expectations for its employees. While our 10% annual turnover is quite low, we did have to make the choice to terminate non-performing sales in 2015 which made up 83% of the 2015 turnover. The main reason we did take such a difficult decision was out of fairness for the 94% of beqom employees who continue to perform in this challenging environment. If you are an ex-employee, I am sorry beqom did not work out for you. If you are still with beqom and feel your are not compensated fairly, please immediately raise this with your manager - and if you have already done that please call me to discuss it. Thanks. Fabio

Pros

Beqom is an amazing company to work for. Every employee feels like part of a team, and in some cases part of a family. From an employee point of view, the main pros is for sure the fact to be always listened by someone in the management zone. You doesn't feel like a "number". You feel like a person.

Cons

As every growing company, sometimes you are overloaded, but if you are not can you really say you're growing yourself as well?

Reading your review, I recognize the beqom we put so much effort into. Your opinion of beqom is exactly the company we set out to create. Thank you for taking the time to write this, and please come back to me immediately in case you see ourselves deviating from this mentality. Fabio
