Pros

Investment in ground-breaking innovation and new tech platforms and approaches Openned to pilot and experiment to lead new thinking in the industry Collaborative ways of working across functions Great benefits including respite days across the summer months, and "Happiness" events to connect individuals globally with more fun, social activities Fantastic trusting work environment Great client base and repeat rate among top Global companies - FMCG, Tech, and Heathcare Flexible working in terms of remote working/location/hours Flat hierarchy - CEO seeks to engage with staff at all levels to gain input and fresh perspectives Caring, personal, supportive environment reflected in the high staff retention rate

Cons

If you thrive in companies that are more "Corporate", buttoned down, process driven and tightly structured, then this probably isn't the place for you

Pros

Some of the employees are friendly

Cons

There’s no onboarding process, outdated systems are used, and it’s clear that managers on the team don’t get along. Many roles lack proper training and clear boundaries for work life balance.

Pros

Flexibility definitely is one key strength of the company. You can work remotely whenever you need and it is particularly appreciated by working parents. I am working at BuzzBack for almost a decade and it is like a family for me. Everyone helps each other a lot, have fun together and 40% have been working in the company for over 5 years. I made very good friends at BuzzBack. Fun activities are organized very often: free lunch, work anniversary, happy hours, Olympics, etc. Employee turnover is mostly among the young employees who realized market research is not for them or want to have a more straightforward career path in a larger company. It is a woman owned company with a lot of women in the management team but more males have joined the company in the past few years. I think also that the management has made a lot of efforts in the past years to be more transparent about the company strategy and more collaborative.

Cons

It's a small company (only about 40 employees) and the career path is not as linear as it could be in larger market research companies. Opportunities to grow are limited because of its size but if you are proactive and creative you can build your own position. The workload can be heavy at some time of the year.
