      Run Away from Bad Leaders

      Pros

      The engineers that used to work here did all the work and expected little from everyone else, so it was easy to keep up with.

      Cons

      Shanna Johnson fired all of the engineers and made the workplace into hell.

      Pros

      Lot's of opportunities to contribute. Very minimal micro-managing. Smart co-workers. Challenging work.

      Cons

      Lack of structure and expectations from employees. Upper management/leadership is almost never in the office. Work/Life balance is non-existent. Expect to work from home with your personal computer if no company laptops are available. Health benefits are subpar. Perks are non-existent. They've been around for about 4 years and are still a very lean start-up. The team is VERY small which means you will wear many hats and be swamped with work.

      Minor office politics, roller-coaster org pivots, increasing demands with disproportionate support from management.
