      Pros

      The thing that impressed me most is the friendliness of the colleagues. At first it did seem like there is no chance of personal development but when one demands a training, it is supported by the company.

      Pros

      A good place to work - lots going on, in growth mode. Leadership is engaged, participative, active. Mature attitude towards work, focus on results not micro management.

      Cons

      Could do with a woman in senior levels. They have recently all gone. Company is currently missing strong, experienced Marketing leadership and integration.
