Great teams - Poor leadership

Pros

- At about the VP level and below, there are some great people here. Most people are working hard and willing to collaborative to try and close gaps. - Great healthcare.

Cons

- The problems start at the top. Important decisions are made in a vacuum with little thought or planning into how to follow through. - When things don't work out there is little accountability at the leadership level, instead the pressure and repercussions are pushed down. - There is a lack of diversity in important areas, like the exec team and in the sales organization.

Fraudulent business practices No vision or leadership Absolute failure to execute or adjust to market feedback Management has rose colored glasses on and enjoy living in their echo chamber of BS. Can barely afford to stay afloat

remote first & flexible hours

The product team is very engineering focused & all decisions are made by 3-4 old time engineering employees with no input from other engineer leads, product managers, field teams, or customers. There is no vision or planning in product building - engineering does what they want and customers suffer & field teams keep cleaning up their mess. This comany will have no future because the product team is very weak!
