Some mid senior level (senior data engineers) are very lazy and always give their works to juniors.
Some of mid senior engineers also plays blame.
They does not give you credit for your work.
Sometimes you are over occupied with the workload.
The management is extremely bad.
The resources are released in between project without proper knowledge sharing,
The higher level members expect a lot from junior members rather than senior members.
HR team's response is also very slow.
You'll not get flexibility to switch the teams, even if you don't like your current project.
