Pros

If you are lucky you can get into projects that will be very helpful for your career. Most of the colleagues(Except for many Leads and Managers) will be very talented and helpful. So you can build a good professional network and get help easily. You can learn a lot if you get into the firmware team or BSP team. Technical Hackathons are conducted occasionally and the winners will be given decent prizes. Sports tournaments will be conducted once in a blue moon. Free Gym, Free Lunch, TT, and carrom board for recreation. Enough chances to prove yourself before considering to fire.

Cons

The retainment strategy of the management is signing "six months bonds", threatening and fake promises. Selfish Management. Will promise to give you a hike but decline it silently without any notice. You have to wait until you get your salary only to get disappointed. You will be expected to work on late nights most of the days and must be willing to give up your personal life for customer satisfaction and the company's growth. You will be expected to work on weekends most of the time. There won't be any compensation or considerations from the leads for this. A single resource will be overloaded with the work of two people and will be expected to deliver it in half the time. Most of the projects do not have proper documentation and you won't be provided any formal KT. But your leads will expect you to manage it somehow and hide their mistakes. A few of the Leads are credit stealers, getting credits for their team member's work without any shame. Some leads will take things personally and behave unprofessionally. A few of them even go to the extent of direct verbal insult and yelling at you in front of others. Poor salary incompetent with the industry standards. The management does not care about employee's morale. If you miss your ID card for a single day. You will be asked to wait for HR's approval to let you inside. Very slow or no growth after 5 years. Very rude admin team.

Pros

Learning curve for freshers is good

Cons

No work life balance. They think of work alone and get work done in late nights often. Even if you have personal commitments, they force you to work on weekends and late nights. No hike for freshers. But they will intimate this only after recruitment. Once you put paper, they don't treat you like an employee. Very poor management. They play politics during hike time. Very poor new HR. After they hire, they give assessments and fire you based on it using this corona situation. But they will not intimate about this assessments during recruitment. No employee benefits. They give importance to customer satisfaction and not for employee satisfaction. They expect employees to be available for 24*7. But no comp offs and no extra pay for over time work in weekends. They postponed the hike for one quarter alone, but using this corona situation they cancelled the hike for the whole year without any intimation to employees. Very unprofessional and no proper system.

Pros

I found only one good things , that is WORK.

Cons

Many, here is a list.. 1) They believe in "Hire and Fire" so if you are experience don't go here. This can ruin your future. 2) Internel high level Politics. 3) If you are working in team , you will confuse from whom you should take order??? Every one will say different things. 4) Even company is earning too much ,You will get very less hike. 5) They will not consider your situation, they will see only their side. 6) You can't find team outing here. 7) Poor HR and high level Management. Personally I want to say is, if you are experienced NEVER join this company. If you are a fresher you can take RISK at your own.
