8 phone interviews, employment term negotations, bait and switched, then termed

Cons
I was poached by an employee at Entisys360 for over 1.5 years from my former position. It finally piqued my interest, so I began phone interviewing for the Engagement Management position. In the terms of the employment I negotiated with the hiring manager and the team peer that I would be able to work remotely (from home) so as to avoid the daily commute. I was told with no uncertainty from everyone that I met there and also HR, that working remotely was indeed company culture. Manager and team approved my ability to work remotely. I gave notice and quit my former position, and joined this company. Today was day 3 of my employment, where they termed me. They told me that all new hires must work 6 months full time in the office to be eligible for working remotely. I told them that this was not what was negotiated and I would like to reach a compromise where we could happily operate moving forward. They subsequently termed me the following day (today). So happy that I left my stable career position at my former employer only to be baited, switched, and then fired for calling them out on their unethical hiring practices. Side note, they also pitched "casual work environment" where people can wear yoga pants or shorts. Upon joining my first day they informed me that only the legacy people can wear casual clothes and I was told to wear business professional attire, and that I had to "earn the ability to wear athletic wear"
