I started my eArcu journey as a placement student between my second and third years of university. I joined the creative design team as a web developer and throughout my year I was trusted to work on many clients across the customer base ranging from completing small tasks to completing builds from start to end. After my placement year I went back to university to finish my degree where eArcu were in constant contact and made sure that I knew I could reach out to them if I even needed any advice. After I completed my degree I was welcomed back to the eArcu team as a software engineer in the product and innovation team and haven't looked back since. The people that I have worked with at eArcu are great and are always willing to offer support when I need it. The technology is really great and is a much more complete suite in comparison to many of the competitors.

I joined eArcu in 2016 and haven't look back! The product is revolutionary and maintained by a talented team of forward thinking developers. The culture is people centric, demonstrated through the pride that people have in their work and the strong relationships formed with colleagues and clients. The customer base is continuously growing with a loyal following, many of whom actively refer and promote us based on their experiences. The benefits are great, with private healthcare, company pension contributions, gym membership, flexible working etc. Job satisfaction is second to none, it's great to work for a company where your voice is heard. At eArcu you are empowered with the autonomy to make your own decisions, but with the support of management and colleagues who are always very willing to provide guidance and advice.
