Pros
My review is quite long so I’ll make this first sentence count. xSellco is a fantastic place to work because of its people—you’ll have a well-paid job with lots of benefits, but it’s the people you work with day in and day out that make a good job great—and xSellco has a big bunch of really nice people!
Support
We quite simply have the most supportive HR team I’ve ever come across. There is genuine support available as an employee but more importantly, as a human being. If you need a certain piece of tech to perform your job better, just ask. If you’re having any issues personally, the HR team is completely approachable and supportive.
Work
xSellco offers you the ability to grow as a professional. You’ll directly see how your work positively impacts the company’s success and direction—and you’ll be involved in a company that has huge ambitions. You’ll be encouraged to offer ideas and thoughts and you’ll always feel close to decision-making. The amount I’ve learned from other professionals at xSellco has made me a better designer, thinker and work colleague.
People
As mentioned earlier—the quality of your work life depends greatly on the people around you and in xSellco, we’re blessed with having a genuinely helpful, supportive and creative team that is fun to be around.

Apart from the great pay, pension, health cover etc.? xSellco offers learning days, full access to Udemy training, support for your home office setup, regular lunch and learns and regular staff meet-ups (even though they’re across Zoom right now).

Cons
Not a con to be honest, but as a creative person, the number of opportunities at xSellco can keep my brain in overdrive a little longer than I would like. :)
