      99% of staff are Great, CS Management, not so much.

      Pros

      Work from Home hybrid. Great colleagues. Regular bonuses. Owners are fantastic people.

      Cons

      No progression in CS unless you're related or friends with senior management, an incredibly nepotistic hierarchy. Some Management rely on the skills and talents of others to mask their incompetencies. Very poor disciplinary system where, instead of following due process, they immediately go to the extreme if your tenure is >2 years. If you plan on applying for CS in any capacity, know that you are completely expendable if you don't fit their mould and aren't

      Toxic culture Micromanagement Gas lighting Poor salaries Poor product led by US team, do not take into consideration what UK customers want Fake two-faced leaders Only want yes people, so if you've got a brain avoid as you'll go crazy Management cannot handle feedback Leading with fear Terrible product that does not work, no structure around pricing model

      Toxic atmosphere created by inexperienced management and all jobs eventually moving over to usa and india. Standard of work is going downhill as unachievable deadlines are more important, than quality of work. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
