Micro management and Mismanagement by a senior person (Sre*******), he treats everyone like slaves (Other than people who say 'YES SIR'), this guy has few spies inside the office who does everything apart from work !! and they spoil whole office atmosphere, these people are unfit to work in a MNC. They even monitor when we go for breaks and how long we take breaks Good hikes are given only to the people who say "YES MASTER" Only leads and above are paid well There is no scope of training and development No additional benefits for employees No recreation activities Poor leave & HR policies Basically this is not an IT company., this is like a factory.

what this company lacks is corporate culture/work atmosphere. you will feel like you are in school here. If you come from big companies, then you will not fit in this atmosphere. this office is like a state govt office where you cannot expect any professionalism and people are narrow minded. Some people do not know how to behave and they do too much. Even then the management wont take any step. According to Banks, the company is last category so interest rates are high. Even mobile companies dont give importance to this company. The salary is credited in RBS which is a waste bank. you cannot use your debit card to purchase anything online. The company has 0% interest in team outings, recreation, events, etc. there has never been a single company sponsored team event/outing in the last 12 years since the company started. Basically if you do not have any other option in the industry, then you can come but dont keep any expectations.
