      None... as such.. So called Growing Co.. since last 15-16 yrs... Ridiculous

      Cons

      zero values, ethics, honesty & professionalism. Emp. policies designed are all in benefit of Managemt only. Salaries delayed per month intentionally.. Will eat up your salary, dues in some or the other way..
