Pros

Working at Evros before it was purchased by a dying telco built on SOE mentality.

Cons

Deeply disappointed by the toxic political culture and deceitful practices at eir evo, which have had a devastating impact on the old Evros. The work environment is characterized by backstabbing, lies, and deceit, fostering a toxic atmosphere that hampers productivity and morale. Firstly, the management's strategy of offering Voluntary Leavings (VLs) as a facade of restructuring is disingenuous. Instead of addressing core issues, the focus seems to be on shedding staff, leading to further chaos and disruption. Rather than valuing the expertise and loyalty of existing employees, eir evo prioritizes cost-cutting measures at the expense of client satisfaction. Furthermore, the assessment of customers comes across as an afterthought, showcasing a lack of foresight and planning. This approach, coupled with the need to offer re-contracting rates to retain clients, demonstrates a clear disregard for the quality of service provided. As a result, clients are left dissatisfied, leading to an exodus of customers and further instability. The management's promises are empty and built on lies, as evidenced by the ongoing chaos and lack of concrete planning. Instead of addressing the root causes of organizational issues, eir evo appears to prioritize short-term fixes and misleading rhetoric. This environment breeds frustration, disillusionment, and a severe lack of trust among employees. I strongly advise others to stay away from eir evo or, if already within the organization, to consider leaving before the entire structure collapses under the weight of its own shortcomings. This negative work culture and the organisation's failure to address its core issues can only lead to further damage and a decline in both employee and client satisfaction. Evros had better leadership and a company culture built on transparency, integrity, and respect founded on customer satisfaction. Until these fundamental changes occur amongst the eirheads, it's prudent for current employees to seek alternative options before this consultancy collapses.
