      Pros

      Elite Studio E is a great company to work for. Wonderful work environment. They will train you the right way to help progress your growth. It is very technology based company which shows that they are moving with the times other than most companies. They are a step a head of the rest and growing fast. Ownership is a pleasure to work for. Great people all around.

      While this year proved to be difficult management quickly made important decisions protecting the business and as many employees as possible. Leadership likes to support getting to enjoy work as much as possible and it is an easy environment to work in

      Pros

      Over the past few years I've seen this company nearly double the size of its team, square footage and number of annual projects. Even with all that growth and the success, the office has maintained a close, family feeling for those in its headquarters and other offices.

      Cons

      Most of the projects are deadline oriented and fast-paced, which can sometimes lead to stress. That said, the culture and office environment allow time to refresh ... even if means running to Starbucks for a meeting.
