      Very Good Leadership.. High Package...Place to Work!!!

      Pros

      Recently I am seeing someone posting negative comments. I don't know why these guys who are getting high package more than the market standard and working in the vibrant environment doing like this………..!!!!!. I am sure this is the Company which rewards committed guys who wants to grow with them... But there is no scope for guys who are non-committal, inefficient. The Company is growing at rapid pace... Anyone will know that, it is not possible without taking care of staff welfare (Amenities, Training, work culture etc..,).

      Cons

      Any growing companies will have some teething problems on minor issues; I believe this will be addressed sooner.

      Pros

      I have been with this company right from its early days and my career has grown along with the company. Made a lot of lifetime friends and the work culture is very liberating and democratic meaning employees are heard by the top management and their suggestions are implemented. Excellent leadership. On-site opportunities are available for the right guys.

      Nothing much to mention as cons.

      Pros

      I've worked closely with the senior management team for 2+ years and have had a great experience. I started with a fairly minor role in the company that quickly expanded into taking on new, challenging projects and learning a great deal. It's a friendly, professional work environment and the management really cares about your long-term career goals.

      Cons

      Not much to say here, I really have enjoyed my time at the company. It is still technically considered a start-up and work can be stressful sometimes, however I think that comes with most jobs.
