Office Perks Good camaraderie from teammates Middle management are good and buffer teams as much as they can

CEO constantly changing plans and have seen him scream at people who dont do things his way or to his speed. CTO Doesn't appear to really want to manage the team, feels like he'd prefer to just be doing his own thing. Promises failed to be met constantly. Whole company reacting rather than leading

- Tech company with CEO who doesn't have clue about technology and distrusts software devs. - A completely clueless and directionless product organisation who think product management is about designing workflows. They are amateurish in every respect with no original thought in product innovation, reusing standard terms like smart this, smart that. Team is made up of inexperienced people. Loud mouthed, showy people seem to have currency due to favouritism and as a result get away with doing nothing, delivering nothing and finishing nothing. - Toxic culture fuelled by alcohol and with an extreme culture of excess, led by product clique supported by a diverse customer success party animals. - Share price in free fall
