      Pros

      Was a forward moving company with a fantastic middle management. Company was very friendly was winning lots of deals and growing fast.

      Cons

      Senior management extremely egotistical and only brown noses rise to the top. A culture of fear that is projected downwards.

      Flexible hours, laptops provided for all employees

      Cons

      lower and mid management is unqualified and lack management skills HUGE staff turnover - have seen 12 people leave in less than 6 months (less than 100 employees at London office) very slow at implementing improvements - if even considered. Advise is generally disregarded. could be A LOT more efficient and quicker. no consequences for slacking - a lot of DEAD WEIGHT salaries are Very low - therefore contractors are refusing move to permanent employment

      Joining euNetworks during COVID was difficult, but everyone ensured that I had a smooth transition by constantly checking in. euNetworks is a big family, where everyone matters and everyone is valued, no matter what title you hold.
