      Constant turnover, either per the executive committee or by employees. No stability or direction.

      Great people Casual work environment Decent benefits Great work/life balance

      Cons

      Management keeps salaries low to keep costs down so they can sell the company Csuite not on same page CEO has no idea how to run a company. Comes in late. Leaves early. Spends all day on personal cell phone and shopping on Amazon. Women say it's a hostile work environment towards them. I have seen this personally.
