Pros

Multicultural environment, proper set ups, Friday gathers

Cons

Management will make it like they listen to what's going on to fix it but won't actually do anything to fix it and will move on blindly. And ended up firing 90% of the company blaming it on covid.

Pros

- Networking opportunities - Chance to learn from experienced Investment Bankers and Entrepreneurs - Free fruits, cereals and drinks

Cons

- Poor planning (several projects died before launching but after hiring - leaving a lot of new hires in limbo) - Poor communication (no farewell emails, no explanations why projects are shut down, management is never in the office) - Companies not working well / bad execution (Valendo, Billfront, Dataconomy, and Finreach are barely surviving) - Terrible work environment (half of 2015 hirings left the company, pessimism began to rein since some months ago)

Pros

People in general are very friendly. Work life balance. They respect your vacation time. They're trying with their culture. They have free breakfast.

Cons

Watch out for the bait and switch. They'll give you inflated titles and give you junior work. Consultants shouldn't be running the company. Waterfall waterfall waterfall. All the smart people leave within 3 months. You're a department of a big German company. English work language they said, managers speak German. Was told several times that I won't become a CEO as I'm not German, not that I even asked. Ridiculous valuations. Feels like a ponzi scheme.
