Good work life balance, friendly people, frequent happy /social hours. Support diversity and career development for all backgrounds and genders. Reasonably interesting product, Good product design, strong customer base, recently acquired by Oracle. Diversity of technology stack (including Ruby on Rails, Angular, NodeJS, Bootstrap, postgresq).

Cons

Commute to SF was too far for me, insufficient support for remote work days despite liberal policy by new corporate masters (Oracle). Somewhat older technology stack which is slowly being updated between quarterly releases.
