Cons
Pay on the 5th of every month for some reason. CEO’s micromanaging style and aggression is the reason for terrible employee retention. CEO will be very insensitive. Blames employees for not managing finances instead of adjusting salaries against inflation. I personally heard him shout this at the managers when sitting in a meeting room. He is crazy and managers have no backbone to tell him he is wrong almost everytime. When CEO wakes up, he will have a shouting match with managers everyday. Managers instead tell employees to get used to this environment when they say they are leaving.
