      The CEO is terrible

      Pros

      Good opportunities to grow and become skilled in many technologies.

      Cons

      Pay on the 5th of every month for some reason. CEO’s micromanaging style and aggression is the reason for terrible employee retention. CEO will be very insensitive. Blames employees for not managing finances instead of adjusting salaries against inflation. I personally heard him shout this at the managers when sitting in a meeting room. He is crazy and managers have no backbone to tell him he is wrong almost everytime. When CEO wakes up, he will have a shouting match with managers everyday. Managers instead tell employees to get used to this environment when they say they are leaving.

      Salary on fixed date Good office location Stable financially

      Cons

      Guys there are better companies than iEngineering give it your least priority for joining. Toxic culture, your mental health gets destroyed. They are working on old technologies, no learning opportunities. WFH is not allowed, even in extreme conditions. Taking a leave is like a nightmare. Your small mistakes are treated as a blunder.

      On time salary (never late) Great people to work with in Pakistan If you are good you ll be valued.

      Cons

      CEO is the worst. Looses temper keeps yelling all day long. Makes employees life miserable. He has to approve every single task himself. Doesn't trust anybody at all. He ll ask you to work late almost every day without any reward. Technology stack is old. Code of the softwares they developed is so complicated and old that no one can change it now. Its like house of cards you touch one thing and it everything starts falling down. No work life balance at all. CEO will treat you like a slave. You can leave the office only when CEO approves 10 to 12 work hours a day is normal in iEngineering. CEO is so aggressive that nobody have guts to tell him that he is wrong. You cant disagree with the CEO otherwise he ll start yelling.
