Pros
Speaking only for the Professional Services team (integration analyst/consultant, QA): - Can work on lots of different and interesting things (pretty much anything that you find interesting and can be of benefit to clients / product) - Learn LOTS - Hold a rewarding level of responsibility even with less experience - Fast-paced and things come to fruition quickly - Excellent management and great atmosphere. In general: - Lots of flexibility - Good compensation - Very nice people.
Cons
- Since it is a smaller company with a fairly flat structure, it may not be optimal for career growth.
