Remote positions available. Acceptable benefits.

Cons

No SOP created for new technology before its implementation. Poor communication and organization resulting in a lack of direction. Diminishing company culture. Several rounds of employee layoffs, specifically before the holidays. New business practices seem very “thrown together” with the only focus being the bottom line. Does not care about its employees.

Nothing! This is the worst company and they treat you like complete idiots! They sugarcoat letting you go. AI will be their downfall. Waste of time trust me. I was with this company for years and was jerked around for so long. Don't let them do the same to you.

Cons

This company changes the pay from hourly, then to by the chart, then back to hourly. The medical,dental, and vision insurance coverage changed halfway through the year. There is NO communication from manager to employee. You are also expected to enter charges for certain physicians with NO extra pay for knowing or learning medical coding and billing. Overall, this place is total crap! BEWARE!

There are different time zones so you would have to have a shift according to the time zone which means it could be late at night or early in the morning.
