      Pros

      Feels like a family, small company and very warm and welcoming. Working as a programmer you get to learn a lot.

      Cons

      Maybe limited upside and dealing with customers. Salaries are not super high but are good.

      Pros

      At iWith.org we have the freedom to be creative and to work hard in a nice team and environment. We have an inspirational mission with a incredible volunteer contribution. We can contribute to society participating in the construction of the new internet world.

      Cons

      in the other hand, this freedom requires a lot of responsibility and self motivation to achieve our goals. All the team workers are able to help the team 24hours for 7 days a week.
