      Great company to work for as an engineer

      Open schedule, challenging work, great technology, pushing the envelope in comparrison to their peers. Constantly developing product and innovation

      Cons

      fast moving company. Easy going with not much noise from mgmt. If your doing what you need to do, your on a fast track here. if need to be told what to do, its a challenge. This is an org for the A list type

      Autonomous, very little micromanagement. Flexibility in working hours. Free lunch twice a week

      Cons

      As they are starting off their footprint in EMEIA, they are heavily mirroring their United States business structure with no leg room to change. Management do not offer training, nor do they know what is going on half the time on the systems. An office with 20 or odd so people but only 2 or 3 people are in everyday. Not much culture nor a 'family feel'. Very much business with no social aspect which is very unfortunate. No check ins with direct reports to raise concerns or feedback.

      None at all, it’s a disaster waiting to happen

      Cons

      As fast as orders come in they fall out the other end. Fake news everywhere! All the Sales team have gone as they don’t pay due commissions. CEO hates sales people and sees them as second class citizens. This review will be quickly overwritten by iboss to hide the truth.
