Pros

I’ve had a really positive experience working at ivision. What stands out the most is the people - there is a genuine sense of collaboration and support across teams. You are surrounded by highly skilled individuals that are willing to go the extra mile for each other. Iron sharpens iron here. Ivision celebrates wins of its people and there’s a strong emphasis on professionalism, collaboration and continuous growth. Accountability is a big part of the culture here and that drives a positive experience across the board. Personally, this is a place where I have grown and l had amazing opportunities to contribute meaningful work.

Cons

The fast-paced, client-focused environment can occasionally lead to busy periods where there are all hands on deck. The upside is that everyone is in it together

Pros

Phenomenal culture and values. Employees are considered valued resources. Ivision has consistently ranked as a “top place to work”, which is what motivated me to join the team. The annual survey is confidential so upper management really sees what is being said and employees don’t have to fear retribution. With all that said, ivision makes the list of best places year over year. Employees are energetic and eager to succeed. It’s very inspiring to see our clients succeed with us by their side. I am proud to work for ivision going on three years.

Cons

Not a single complaint with the company.

Pros

I’ve been with ivision for nearly four years, and what sets it apart from my previous employers is its outstanding culture. Collaboration is a true core value, reflected in our day-to-day interactions, fantastic company events organized by the HR team, and regular leadership check-ins to ensure employees have the support they need to succeed. ivision does a great job of empowering its teams. Despite operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, I’ve consistently received strong support from leadership on my key initiatives. The company invests in the tools and resources needed to perform effectively and has been supportive of training opportunities to keep my team at the forefront of the industry. One aspect of ivision I appreciate is the accessibility and engagement of senior leadership. The executive team is approachable and responsive, with a clear emphasis on transparency and doing business the right way. The company’s values are well-defined and consistently demonstrated across all levels and business units. ivision is a growing company that expects a high level of accountability but provides a lot of personal autonomy, which creates opportunities for ownership and professional growth. At the same time, I’ve always felt supported in my projects.

Cons

As a mid-sized company in a rapidly evolving industry, ivision experiences frequent evolution of our company processes as it continues to grow and mature. While this can present challenges, it’s a necessary part of staying competitive. Leadership recognizes this and continues to invest in the people, tools, and training needed for long-term success.
