      Delayed program starts and couldn't deliver on promises made

      Pros

      Quick response time for interview. HR seems to be in top of things. Compensation is good.

      Cons

      Program was delayed. Work was promised but I did not work on the date I was promised work. Too many complications in too short of a time frame.

      - There is a great sense of collaboration between all employees - Management and Upper management are always very accessible and have solid communication - Ideas and suggestions are taken seriously, no matter what position you hold - Competitive pay in all departments - Great Benefits

      Cons

      - Must be comfortable with a start-up environment. This is not necessarily a con, but it can be for some.

      Absolutely None, None, None None!!!

      Cons

      No work, no hours, no opportunities, virtually no accounts! When you do work, the hours are on a descending scale. (You may start at 20 hours and a few locations (if your lucky) and end up with 8 hours and 2 locations). Impossible to be considered for promotion No follow-up! Managers seem to have no problem getting hired and promoted without any industry experience. There's no accountability by field managers to disseminate information to the reps in real time Your pretty much on your own with this job. What a sham!
