Pros

miniOrange provide a great anonymous feedback forum every month but didn't take any actions on them that's why i am here to openly talk about.

Cons

**Disclaimer: To Current Employees of miniOrange, this Review Contains Spoiler Information Regarding Company Policies.** I feel compelled to share the absolute nightmare that is working at miniOrange. It's shocking how a company can mismanage and mistreat its employees to such an extent. The earned leave policy is a complete joke. Despite working tirelessly, including sacrificing weekends and national holidays, my earned leave is simply brushed aside. To add insult to injury, the company has the audacity to deduct bonuses based on earned leave taken. It's beyond infuriating! miniOrange clearly has no regard for the well-being of its employees. The work environment is toxic, and the management's lack of understanding of basic work-life balance is appalling. If you're considering joining miniOrange, I strongly advise against it. Save yourself from the frustration and stress. Current employees, let's hope this review serves as a wake-up call for the management to pull their act together. This company deserves zero stars, and potential employees should think twice before subjecting themselves to such a dreadful work atmosphere. Avoid miniOrange at all costs!

Pros

There used to be, when it was small (<100 employees). Not anymore.

Cons

1. 45K per year for food, and 18K per year for clinic (excluding insurance) deducted mandatorily (you can't opt-out), irrespective of your compensation. 2. In the current era when every organization offers permanent WFH / Hybrid model, these guys give 3 WFH days per quarter (depending on your scrum master's mood). And you are required to have a proper reason for taking your pre-allocated (earned) leaves and WFH (with a minimum of 2 weeks' notice). 3. Basic infrastructure requirement - to have a proper desk with adequate space, proper working Wi-Fi, parking space! - not met here. 12 - 14 employees sitting at a table meant for 6 - 8 people. Need to use personal internet to attend customer meetings (more support hours than development hours). 4. Operations is a joke, run by an Accounting Manager (read 'spoiled kid'), managed by an ex-Software Engineer, reporting to the CEO. 5. Micromanaging managers, overworked employees, no work-life balance, expectations to work on holidays and vacations are already covered in earlier reviews. 6. Salary SCAM - Variable component can take up to 40% (from minimum 20%) of your CTC, and you should not ever consider it to be credited to you. That amount is going to be used to finance 'atarangi' decisions taken by the CEO.

Pros

Company provides 3 meals (Good Food], yoga sessions, free medical service, massage, flexible hours, gym, provide laptops, good office. Some people in this company are really great. If you do your work then no one will tell you any thing. You get good salary in night shift but you can do night shift only for 1 week in a quarter. Provide hostel facilities for freshers.

Cons

1) SCAM in Salary: No bonus if the company doesn't meet its target. 2] Software Developer Role: 40% Development + 60% Gmail. 3] Seniors are bosses, not leaders. They literally scolded you like children. 4] Ma'am and sir culture. 5] Seniors delegated technical tasks to juniors and claimed credit for them. (Seen this multiple times). Some senior software engineers in the company only check emails and assign tasks and do nothing else and behave as if they are doing everything. 6]WCE and BA have no respect in the company. 7] Heavy politics. If you want to stay in the company just hang around your Scrum Master. 8] You will hardly get 10 holidays in a year and even during these 10 holidays they will ask you to work. Now tell me, if an employee works the whole year then can't he spend some quality time with his family??? 9] Provide three WFH per quarter. If you are doing WFH, you must provide updates three times per day. 10] This company is ruled by the top 60-80 employees. 11] Learning stop in starting 4-5 Months.
