      Excellent performance rubber product. Good and fair commission structure on shipped sales.

      Cons

      Lots of layers managers, lots of extra management, and if you don’t make your quota your out of a job. Very limited product line and rarely has new intros. Product is highest priced in the industry. Parent company runs the show and your the step child.

      There is a drive a this company towards treating the clients and employees for an ultimate experience. Training is top notch, and there is a core group of highly dedicated leaders to make it happen.
