I have been working at npower full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

There are a lot of hard working, dedicated, loyal, innovative and talented people within the RWE Innogy/RWE npower business. The facilities by-in-large are excellent. Extra-curricular activity (especially charity support) is abundant and varied

    Cons

The UK energy industry is struggling due to varying factors, but mainly down to commercial viability Unfortunately the company has already announced a merger with E-On, so within the next couple of years is likely to be absorbed completely and disappear from the marketplace. Silo'd working practices are commonplace and have been impossible to move away from over the years
