      Pros

      They have a nice office as of now.

      Cons

      Wouldn't recommend anyone work here in good conscious. Very clear leadership and the founders only care about their bottom line, they axed potentially 10% plus of their work force with no warning despite reassuring several of us in our job security and potential for advancement within the company. It is an okay place to work, but there are several other places you could get better experience, significantly better pay, and far more job stability.

      Pros

      Everyone at oak9 is very collaborative and really seems to love what they do. It's easy to ask for help on something or get feedback on your work from anyone, it doesn't matter what department they're in.

      Cons

      Everything is moving very fast so if that is not the environment you're looking for oak9 might not be the right fit.

      Pros

      - The team is great - no one here has the 'that's not my job attitude' they bring their expertise, but also want to work together and figure things out. - Leadership is approachable and open to hearing ideas for how to make the platform and the company better - The platform itself is really impressive

      Cons

      - I don't consider it a major con because I like wearing multiple hats, but if you like to have one job and it's 100% clear what the priorities are for this week, and next week, and the week after...start-up life is likely not for you, and oak9 might not be the best fit either.
