Pros

Got a steady pay check

Cons

No support. Unrealistic expectations. Low pay. Fear-based culture. You will be thrown under the bus no matter how hard you work. No work-life balance. Expected to be available 24/7, H

Run away as fast as you can!

Pros

The only pro was a paycheck (and not even a decent one at that)

Cons

Benefits are a joke; no advancement opportunities unless you are up spanburgers behind. They get mad if you come to work sick and they get mad if you take sick time.

Stuck in the past

Pros

Coworkers are generally friendly & nice.

Cons

This is a company coasting on decades-old infrastructure and reputation. President Kathy Spanberger rules with a fear based, toxic management style and expects everyone to kiss her behind. If you suck up to her and accept a meager salary for 10+ years, you'll be rewarded with a small trophy. Great employees regularly leave when they realize they are better off elsewhere. Zero innovation compared to other, faster-growing music publishers (Kobalt, Primary Wave, etc). Stay away!
