Pros
-I've always had an open door to the CEO, Ryan Bosshart, and other C-levels for any type of conversation. My boss does a great job of trying to enable his team. The leaders here also do a great job of being intentionally transparent with our strategy, growth trajectory, and strengths, and weaknesses. I previously worked at a company that always tried to do the next big thing whereas phData is laser-focused on building data products.
-It's a very flexible culture, and the leadership team is always looking out for our employees.
-As a salesperson, I always want to walk away with happy, satisfied customers. Our teams are VERY skilled in the space we specialize in, and we're not trying to play in areas where we're not strong. That said, I have very satisfied clients and that makes my life much easier.
-There are also lots of growth opportunities here at phData. We were ranked the #48 fastest growing company on the Inc 5000 in 2019, and the data analytics and ML space has a ton of momentum.
Cons
-I work remotely, and sometimes I miss the office interaction
-I really don't have much to say for cons. Of course it's not a perfect place to work, but it's the best place that I've worked (out of 4 employers) and I'm really enjoying the ride!
