Pros

Started off as very human focused and you felt valued; a great story. Promotions were easy to get if you were good at your job AGMs were great fun.

Cons

The company doesnt have many contracts or respect from the clients. The company owners got greedier and our benefits progressively declined. The management often told bare faced lies to staff at the AGMs. Too heavily reliant on throwing people at one major client. Service Delivery management was very, very poor.

Pros

The small number of clients provide a very rewarding working environment Only join as a contractor, a Day Rate is a Day Rate, normally good

Cons

Promotes itself as a “Managed IT services Provider” but in reality they are just a “Body Shop”, as all roles require you to follow an interview process for each role. Nearly all London staff are contractors, Aberdeen staff tend to be permanent Once placed in a role, don’t expect to receive any contact from management until they fear that your revenue is about to end. Only one major client:- “BP”

Pros

There were some genuinely decent hard working people but the rot is at the top. Depending on how close you were to the management you could get decent opportunities and wages. Very clique culture and it shows, toxic management attitude.

Cons

State there number 1 priority is the staff. Yet happy to make long serving members redundant while giving their family members roles. Best moment was they made some staff redundant then held a Christmas party with a high end Maclaren sports car sitting in the room. Announcing they were sponsoring a racing team! Loyalty is not valued, happy to drop inexperienced staff into a role with little to no support and bill the client a premium. Their contract and HR legal documents were stitched together from different sources. Their work is based off contracts, if their sales team don’t find the work then long standing people are dropped or told their wages will be docked by 33%
